Guideline for Mental and Behavioral Disorders due to Job-Stress

Abstract

|
With increasing the mental and behavioral disorders- due to job-stress, it is necessary to establish the guideline for deciding the relevance to work. This paper reviews various causes and their mechanism of mental disorders due to job-stress, and the series of assessment for strength of stress in workplace or life-event, individual susceptibility. and alcohol dependency. The occurring time of disorder is very important in relation with work.
Finnaly, it suggested that the categories of mental disorder due to job-stress were F2(schizophrenia, schizotypal and delusional disorders). F3(mood or affective ´disorders).. F4(neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders) by ICD-10
